About this website
We publish information about Washington Apple Pi, its meetings, membership, articles, and recordings for general community use. Washington Apple Pi is an independent Apple user community and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. Using this site does not make you a member; membership is arranged through the linked Join It service.
Using the site
You may browse and share links to public pages, and use the material for personal learning. Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misrepresent your relationship with the Pi. Names, logos, photos, recordings, articles, presentations, and other material remain with their respective rights holders. Contact us before republishing a substantial part of the site or reusing a presenter’s work beyond permissions that law already provides. Mention of Apple products and other marks does not transfer their owners’ rights.
Meetings and member services
Meeting dates, speakers, formats, access details, fees, and member benefits can change. Check the current member calendar and the relevant sign-up page before relying on an event listing. Membership, payments, renewals, and donations take place through Join It; member discussions, files, and calendar access take place through Groups.io. Their terms, privacy notices, and checkout terms apply on their services. Questions about a Pi membership or charge can be sent to office@wap.org.

Some pages embed YouTube recordings or link to YouTube, Join It, Groups.io, social networks, historical Pi material, and other websites. The contact form is delivered through FormSubmit. Those services have their own rules and practices. We provide links as a convenience and cannot control their content, availability, or privacy practices. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but older articles and recordings reflect the date they were made, and technology advice can become outdated.
